Birthday party venues

The price of a birthday party consists of: the cost of the birthday venue (depending on its size and the date/time of the party); the number of children (an additional charge applies if there are more children); the snacks and additional services ordered; a deposit. Prices are set out in detail in the ADVENTICA price list. Please note that the party time in the birthday room can only be extended if the room is available. Extensions cost 50 euros on weekdays and 75 euros at weekends for each additional hour. Has the birthday boy or girl suddenly fallen ill? Please contact us by 9.00 am on the day of the party, and we will help you change the booking date or convert the booking fee into an ADVENTICA gift voucher. We apologise, but the booking fee is non-refundable.

You can celebrate your birthday during the park’s opening hours at a time of your choosing. This depends on the type of venue and the day. You can view the options in the booking system.

Birthday parties are allocated 2.5 hours, including time for setting up the venue. The venue can be set up 15 minutes before the booked birthday party time. After the birthday party, the venue must be vacated, but you are welcome to stay and continue having fun at the ADVENTICA amusement park! If the room has not been booked for a later time, you may stay longer for an additional fee: 50 euros per hour on weekdays, 75 euros per hour at weekends and on public holidays. If the venue has been booked for a later time and is not vacated on time, the deposit will not be refunded.

A birthday without cake and treats? No way! You can bring your own party treats or order food from our partner, Res Nostra. Orders can be placed on the Res Nostra website; you will find the link in the “Birthdays” section of our website. The ordered food will be delivered to ADVENTICA during your party.

You can book and pay for your birthday party on the ADVENTICA website, by calling us, or at the ADVENTICA reception. On the day of the event, we recommend arriving a little early, about 15 minutes before the birthday party begins. At reception, we will confirm your booking and make any necessary changes (for example, if more or fewer children turn up than planned, or if you wish to order additional food or drinks), hand out wristbands and escort you to the birthday party room.

The birthday party room must be left tidy and clean. We will provide bin bags. The use of fireworks, cake sparklers or other flammable items is strictly prohibited on the premises. The only exception is birthday candles.

The storage or consumption of alcohol within the amusement park is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach of these rules, or should staff have any suspicions, we reserve the full right to inspect the birthday party room. If alcohol is found, a fine of 100 euros will be imposed.

By celebrating your birthday in the birthday room at the ADVENTICA amusement park, you agree to abide by the following rules:
-Leave the room on time, tidy and clean.
-Do not consume or bring in alcohol, and remain sober. Bringing in or consuming alcohol at the amusement park is strictly PROHIBITED.
– Do not use fireworks, confetti, sparklers or any other explosive or flammable items. The only exception is birthday candles.
-If these rules are breached and staff have reason to suspect a breach, we reserve the full right to search the premises.
-Breach of the above rules will result in a fine of 100 euros.

Each child attending a birthday party may invite up to two adults free of charge. Additional adults are charged the accompanying person fee of €3 per person.

We work in partnership with Sapņu Ballītes, which offers a variety of character performers and fun activities for children’s parties. To book an entertainer or find out more about what’s on offer, please contact Sapņu Ballītes on +371 24551994. Bookings for entertainers are made directly with the service provider.

The birthday room has a table with chairs and a vase of flowers. If required, we can lend you a knife for cutting the cake, matches for lighting the candles and a kettle for boiling water. Please bring your own disposable tableware.

Those celebrating a birthday can create birthday invitations and thank-you cards using our ADVENTICA birthday invitation templates. You can also buy small gifts for your party guests on site.

It is not permitted to wear shoes or walk barefoot in ADVENTICA Park. We recommend wearing socks with non-slip rubber soles. Suitable socks can be purchased at the ADVENTICA amusement park.

We also recommend wearing comfortable clothing: sportswear that does not restrict movement is ideal. In the trampoline area, it is important to cover as much of your body as possible – wear long sleeves and long sports trousers.
